3fold’s mission has always been to contribute to thriving communities and to support the industries that we believe are essential in making that happen. The recent, and not so recent, social injustices that have occurred in our country have prompted us to take pause and look at our own company to answer the question: Are we living our mission?
Our Diversity Action Plan has been created as a legacy, not a response, to the responsibility we have to our company, clients, community, and our industry to do better. Its measurable goals are created for accountability over the next 10 years and is designed to be fluid, yet firm, to make continuous lasting change.
We share this plan not to say look what we’re doing,
but rather to say join us in our accountability.
